How to make a “Customised Enquiry Form”?

A default enquiry form is provided in the Catalog. Default But you can customise forms according to your requirements

● Select Forms from the main menu.
Note: If you get an error message, the form feature is disabled from your subscription. Please contact your service provider to review susbcription
● Click on “Add forms”,
● Enter the the Title, Description, Footer title, Footer message, Submit Button, Thank you title, Thank you message
● Save the form
● Go to main menu
● Click on the Catalog option and scroll to forms section
●Select the enquiry Form from the drop down box
● Submit and Continue
